To support their continued growth, they are looking to hire a Vice President of Marketing, whose focus will be elevating the brand and diversifying their client base by engaging dermatology professionals.
The VP of Marketing will lead a dynamic marketing team and align key growth objectives to support channel diversification, digital expansion, and product innovation. Job Description
- Develop a comprehensive marketing strategy to expand the portfolio for Dermatologists and Plastic surgeons, through targeted digital campaigns, doctor-focused programs, and brand affiliations with the goal to increase this channel by 20% in 2 years.
- Execute integrated marketing and communication programs to promote their unique professional programs, leveraging our education and training model to increase brand awareness.
- Provide mentorship to the marketing team, identifying skill-set gaps, and working 1/1 to elevate the Marketing team to evolve their professional experience.
- Build out go-to-market strategies, promotional opportunities, key campaigns, influencer & digital marketing event to expand brand awareness.
- Take a 360-degree approach to campaigns, ensuring consistency and effectiveness across all channels, conduct a post analysis on impact to monitor ROI.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to support tradeshow events, marketing collateral, and booth design to elevate the brand presence.
- Develop an annual marketing calendar with the President to strategically plan brand building opportunities, channel expansion, global expansion and key product launches.
- Lead creative direction to ensure brand guidelines, messaging, trademarks, logos and publications are consistent across all touchpoints.
- Partner with the President on the annual marketing budget, allocation of funds and ROI analysis to measure performance when applicable.
- Manage their Rewards loyalty program and strengthen direct-to-account brand connections to impact sales.
- Partner with Education on social and digital content strategy, defining communication pillars to increase engagement and conversion opportunities.
- Partner with the President on the EU expansion and develop the strategy, assets and toolkit to support the global distributors.
- Work injunction with the President for new product development concepts through competitive analysis, features and benefits and develop the launch strategy.
- Partner with the Executive team to align company growth plans and promote year-over-year growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, advertising administration, communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of professional skincare experience.
- Expertise in both B2B and B2C marketing.
- Highly analytical skills, with a proven ability to identify opportunities for growth.
- Highly collaborative nature, with a track record of building strong relationships.
- Demonstrated proficiency in creating marketing collateral, developing marketing communications, and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Expert in Brand Marketing that leverages insights from consumer trends, social activities, competitive landscape, and distribution channels to expand marketing opportunities.
