We are seeking a Creator Campaign Coordinator to lead communications with our external creator partners, particularly on platforms like TikTok. This role is integral to fostering relationships with content creators, overseeing impactful campaigns, and ensuring seamless collaboration between creators and clients.
The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with experience in creator community management, a deep understanding of digital campaigns (CAP, TAP, and GKA), and exceptional organizational skills. Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and communication) is required.
Responsibilities
Creator Partnerships
- Act as the primary point of contact for external creator partners on platforms like TikTok.
- Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with influencers and content creators.
- Support creators in understanding and executing campaign deliverables.
Campaign Management
- Coordinate and oversee CAP, TAP, and GKA campaigns to ensure success.
- Work closely with creators to align on campaign goals, timelines, and KPIs.
- Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, delivering insights to internal teams and clients.
Community Management
- Manage and grow Puff Media’s network of creators, fostering a collaborative and supportive community.
- Address and resolve issues or concerns from creators efficiently.
Client Collaboration
- Serve as a client-facing representative, providing campaign updates and fostering confidence in Puff Media’s expertise.
- Collaborate with clients to align on creative strategies and objectives.
Administrative Tasks
- Maintain accurate documentation and reports for campaigns and creator engagements.
- Ensure compliance with campaign guidelines and contracts.
Qualifications
Experience
- 2+ years of experience in managing a creator community or similar role.
- Familiarity with CAP, TAP, and GKA campaigns is required.
Skills
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent client-facing communication skills.
- Team player with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and verbal communication).
- Fluency in Chinese is a plus but not required.
Salary
The salary will range from $40,000 - $60,000 depending on skills and qualifications.
