Job Summary:
As the Vice President of Global Sales and Marketing, you will be a key member of our executive team, responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive global sales and marketing strategy to drive revenue growth and market expansion. This role requires an accomplished leader with deep industry expertise, a passion for medical devices, and a history of building and scaling high-performing teams. You will oversee all aspects of our sales and marketing operations, including managing the company's brand, distribution channels, and customer relationships. The ideal candidate excels in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and thrives on fostering collaboration and achieving results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a global sales and marketing strategy to achieve revenue growth and expand market share.
- Build and lead high-performing sales teams across regions, including hiring, training, and mentoring.
- Create and implement innovative marketing initiatives to enhance brand awareness, generate leads, and drive customer engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales and marketing strategies with product development and overall business objectives.
- Establish and maintain key customer relationships and strategic partnerships domestically and internationally.
- Oversee brand strategy, ensuring consistent messaging and positioning across all channels.
- Leverage data-driven insights to optimize performance and drive continuous improvement in sales and marketing operations.
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics to achieve or exceed financial and operational targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitive dynamics, and customer feedback to inform decision-making and adapt strategies as needed.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote visibility and thought leadership.
- Provide input, review, and approve Risk Management Files and ensure adherence to quality management systems and compliance standards.
- Provide leadership in risk management, compliance, and adherence to quality management systems (QMS), Good Documentation Practices (GDP), and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of leadership experience in global sales and marketing roles, preferably in the medical device industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Demonstrated success in building and scaling high-performing teams.
- Proficiency in sales methodologies, marketing strategies, and digital marketing techniques.
- Strong strategic and analytical mindset with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and manage competing priorities.
- Strong knowledge of global markets, regulatory environments, and medical device industry standards.
