With a small and mighty team of 35 people, nutpods is looking for eager, enthusiastic, and experienced candidates for this important role.
Position Summary:
nutpods is looking for an enthusiastic and hard-working Marketing Coordinator who loves to learn and is a team player, willing to roll up your sleeves to get things done. Your responsibilities will include coordinating and optimizing marketing project workflows and executing marketing campaigns in coordination with our sales team to support our retail (grocery) partners. This may also include performance ad management on our retail ad platforms, including Kroger, Walmart, Albertsons and more. You will support maintenance and improvement of our digital retail product listings, and analysis of our shopper marketing programs. And you will learn to leverage data-driven insights and digital advertising platforms to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth.
Essential Functions:
- Marketing PM: Use strong organization and interpersonal skills on a variety of administrative and coordination activities centered around building a strategy, plan, execution, and analysis for our shopper (grocery) programs
- Campaign Management: Support the creation, management, and optimization of paid search campaigns for Albertsons, Target, and others to ensure high ROI and performance
- Retail Shelf Management: Regularly monitor our product listings at all major retailers, add new products, update creative assets and language as needed, and generally ensure that our product presence online is best in class
- Shopper Program Analysis: Be an integral part of our shopper team, helping evaluate efficiency of paid programming and preparing reports regarding our overall campaigns
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align efforts with overall business objectives
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing, with CPG and/or shopper experience a bonus
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, journalist, or related field OR equivalent years of professional experience
- Experience with vendor partnerships across numerous portals
- Proactive self-starter who is always thinking of/planning for next steps
- Highly organized multi-tasker who can pivot from a variety of projects
- Ability to balance varying cross-functional priorities
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and G Suite
- Ability to learn new computer software programs
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to organize and manage time efficiently and effectively
- Willingness to learn and accept direction and guidance in a professional manner
- Ready to roll up your sleeves and do whatever is needed within our nimble environment
