Cuyana is looking for a
Performance Marketing Manager to drive, execute, and optimize performance marketing channels focused on driving customer acquisition. You will support the CMO and will work cross functionally with several teams to ensure each channel delivers consistent growth while adhering to brand standards. Channels include Paid Social, Paid Search, Affiliate, and Direct Mail. The ideal candidate possesses strong knowledge of these channels and the ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, data-driven company.
While this is a remote position, candidates in Greater Los Angeles and San Francisco are preferred

Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end strategy and execution of Paid Social and Paid Search channels. This will include optimizing budget, bidding strategy and campaign structure, producing forecasts, managing creative development, weekly/monthly analysis, and results reporting
- Monitor channel best practices, staying abreast of new opportunities to test into
- Develop testing plans to continuously optimize creative, copy, audiences, etc. to further drive campaign performance
- Work collaboratively across Brand Marketing, Creative, Merchandising, and Digital to ensure channel objectives and performance are consistently achieved
- Leverage attribution platforms and measurement tools including Google Analytics, GoogleAds, FB AdsManager, among others for channel optimization and attribution measurement against goals
- Contribute to and help drive effective results in Direct Mail and Affiliate channels
- Strategize growth opportunities on all things quantifiable and performance-oriented
- Monitor, track, and optimize KPIs across all channels and take data-driven action to increase performance
Requirements
- 3-5 years managing Performance Marketing channels with a track record of learning new paid channels quickly. Paid Social campaign management experience preferred
- A team player who thrives in small, start-up, and fast-paced environments
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze large amounts of data and turn it into actionable insights
- Forensic attention to detail with the ability to execute projects from beginning to end
- Experience in GA4 or other similar web analytics platforms is required
- Excellent time management and organization skills with demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple workstreams
- Must be able to work Pacific Standard Time hours

Compensation range for this role is $95k-120k, exempt, commensurate with experience.
