Your Purpose
We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager with a proven track record in enhancing website content and optimizing search engine performance. This role will be instrumental in driving our online presence and ensuring our web and app content not only ranks high on search engines but also engages and converts our target audience. This role reports to the Associate VP of Marketing.
Your Role
SEO Strategy Development
- Devise and implement a comprehensive SEO strategy to increase organic search visibility.
- Conduct keyword research to optimize content for relevance and high search volumes.
- Monitor and analyze SEO performance metrics to continually refine strategies.
- Collaborate with the paid media team to align SEM efforts with organic goals.
- Collaborate with Digital/IT partners to influence site architecture for optimal crawling and indexing.
Digital Content Optimization
- Oversee the creation, editing, and optimization of website content, including navigation and merchandising, to improve user engagement and SEO rankings.
- Work closely with content creators to ensure alignment of content with SEO goals.
- Perform regular content audits to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
- Lead the development, integration, and continuous improvement of programs like the Brightline City Guide, making it a premier tool for event discovery and promotion.
- Partner with teams to introduce and optimize new digital features, including push notifications, personalized content, and in-app campaigns.
Performance Analysis
- Use analytics tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Adobe Customer Journey Analytics to track website performance.
- Provide regular reports on SEO metrics, traffic, rankings, and conversions.
- Provide actionable insights into audience behavior, content performance, engagement metrics, tailoring strategies to boost ridership and revenue.
Marketing Strategy & Project Management
- Manage timelines, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure successful launches that align with strategic goals and deliver impactful user experience.
- Align all digital initiatives with key marketing campaigns, ensuring consistency across web, app, and other platforms.
- Develop and implement marketing strategy campaigns, including developing creative briefs to support major events, seasonal campaigns, and cross-promotion with partners.
- Support the rollout of new programs such as Brightline’s first Loyalty Program, tying them into larger campaigns and community outreach.
Leadership & Collaboration
- Keep up to date with the latest trends, algorithm updates, and best practices in SEO to keep our strategies effective
- Collaborate with internal teams (content, design, and analytics) and external partners to bring cohesive marketing strategies to life.
- Advocate for innovation in digital channels, staying ahead of industry trends to elevate Brightline’s brand and guest experience.
- Mentor the marketing coordinator to ensure efficient project execution and professional development.
Your Qualifications
- Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity onsite (3 days a week at Brightline's Downtown Miami Corporate Headquarters)
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on SEO, with preference for travel, transportation, or hospitality industries.
- Proficient with SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush).
- Strong track record in leading cross-functional projects and mentoring team members.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills, thriving in fast-paced environments with multiple priorities.
- Analytical and data-driven mindset, able to translate insights into impactful strategies.
- Excellent communication skills, with a collaborative and initiative-taking approach to problem-solving.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
