About the Role
Our client, a leader in video streaming solutions, is seeking a dynamic Head of Marketing / Growth to lead and elevate their marketing function. Reporting to the CEO, you will oversee demand generation, website optimization, and pipeline growth to drive enterprise-focused sales. This high-impact, hands-on role involves managing a talented team, crafting innovative strategies, and delivering measurable results that fuel the company’s growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Marketing Strategy: Oversee all marketing efforts, aligning with business goals to drive predictable demand and sales growth.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor an 8-10 person marketing team, fostering collaboration and high performance.
- Demand Generation: Design and execute data-driven campaigns to generate high-quality leads for enterprise customers.
- Digital Optimization: Enhance website performance, SEO, and digital presence to maximize lead conversions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with sales, product, and customer success teams to meet pipeline and revenue targets.
- Community Building: Develop strategies to engage customers and prospects through webinars, forums, and targeted campaigns.
About You
- Proven success in leading high-performing marketing teams.
- Expertise in demand generation, website optimization, and data-driven strategies.
- Strong skills in messaging, positioning, and digital marketing (SEO, PPC, social media).
- Experience with Product-Led Growth (PLG) in a B2B SaaS environment is a plus.
- Hands-on approach with a results-driven mindset.
