The
Digital Marketing Manager for Amazon will be responsible for owning the brand’s advertising strategy and execution on Amazon. This role will be incremental in leading the strategy, creation and optimizations of our campaigns within Amazon Advertising. They will develop, recommend, and execute digital marketing programs and campaigns to drive sales, brand perception, and overall customer interaction across a variety of devices and touch points. They will be responsible for planning, implementing, and tracking digital marketing programs for Amazon.com including but not limited to PPC, paid social, affiliate marketing, re-targeting/display, and email/SMS marketing
- Channel Strategy: Lead creation, optimization, and execution of digital advertising campaigns on Amazon (i.e.. pay-per-click strategies, keyword research, DSP, ad testing, competitor research, and analysis) and provide insight on best practices and program enhancements to optimize Amazon campaigns)
- P&L Management: P&L ownership: Lead Amazon P&L to drive strong revenue and margin growth. Manage channel budgets and forecasting.
- Revenue Sales Planning: Develop and execute strategies for revenue growth, identifying opportunities to drive sales and maximize profitability.
- Business planning and execution: Define and achieve ambitious growth targets through the design and implementation of effective advertising and marketing, promotions and site content optimization
- Sales Calendar and Event Management: Maintain a structured sales calendar, coordinating sales activities, social media promotional campaigns, inventory buying positions, and events effectively.
- Reporting: Generate and analyze reports to assess performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Calendar Management: Efficiently manage calendars to schedule and organize key e-commerce activities and events.
- Process improvement: Evaluate and improve on current practices, automate common processes, and taking the initiative to improve current business
- Vendor Management for Paid Search and Social: Build trust and a relationship with Amazon, overseeing the buying and optimization of paid search and social campaigns to achieve marketing goals.
You should have…
- P&L Responsibility: Experience in managing Profit and Loss (P&L) statements, demonstrating your ability to oversee financial performance and ensure profitability.
- Excel and Power BI Proficiency: Strong skills in Excel and Power BI to effectively analyze data and generate insights for informed decision-making.
- Graphic Design Skills: Proficiency in graphic design tools like Photoshop and Illustrator to create visually appealing marketing materials and assets.
- Outsourced Paid Search Firm Management: Experience in managing an outsourced paid search firm, optimizing campaigns to meet marketing goals.
- Sports, Athletic, or Apparel Background: A background or strong interest in sports, athletics, or the apparel industry, enhancing your ability to connect with the target audience and understand market trends.
- Amazon Advertising Portal: 2+ years within the Amazon Advertising portal
Salary $130,000-$175,000
