Our Team
As part of a small but mighty team we are responsible for delivering best in class, digital customer experiences through our websites & marketing programs. We drive demand generation, engagement & growth across the entire portfolio. You will build and manage scalable operations that bring our marketing programs & content strategies to life. Additionally, you will support marketing growth through delivery of website analytics and actionable insights to inform activation & effectiveness.

Your Role
HVG is looking for someone who wants to help build the next great company. An aspiring marketing operations professional with a passion for cross-collaboration, website standardization, optimization and GA. We offer a compelling portfolio of over 40 multi-family apartment website experiences multiplied across, across Apartments.com, Zillow.com and our own created and managed websites.
You can navigate cross-functional teams with ease. You live and breathe website creation, optimization, reporting, and project management excellence. Our team is looking for a marketing operations specialist who has a passion for designing great customer experiences and a strong desire to create world-class marketing operations that will bring those experiences to life. You will be responsible for standardization of planning processes, best practices, orchestrating adherence, cross-functional collaboration and seamless, timely delivery of marketing initiatives.
The impact you’ll be making in this role:
Owning the marketing operations roadmap, including website analytics, optimization, feature prioritization, GoDaddy management, Yardi/website troubleshooting, ILS optimization, SEO and A/B testing and establish operational benchmarks.
Responsible for establishing goals and action plans to ensure website standardization & increased quality and features (over time).
Build strong working relationships with key stakeholders, matrix teams and partners.
Develop plans for categorizing, indexing, and managing website content and information resources, including simple digital asset management (DAM).
Learning and professional growth: continually strengthen your functional expertise and contribute to the success of others by insights, best practices and feedback.
Planning
Conducts medium-sized (e.g., a feature) planning by seeking to identify key milestones, providing input, developing and executing plans. Understand and articulate business impacts. Develops planning documents, builds out webpages and features, instantiates web tracking and optimizations to ensure web pages are working to drive interest and engagement. Works across teams to provide regular status updates, drive progress, and align business goals.
Project Management
Supports tracking of deliverables and timeliness in workflow tools (e.g., ticketing systems, project management information tools). Follows governance processes to ensure any possible changes/issues are socialized prior to implementation. Updates required documentation (e.g., playbooks).
Orchestrates program deliverables and requirements across stakeholders. Develops and maintains relationships with lateral stakeholders. Manages stakeholder expectations by identifying information to be proactively communicated, and driving action. Communicates with stakeholders to provide clarity and transparency.
MarTech Management
Supports team by participating in stakeholder interviews and providing feedback on existing products and services. Utilizes understanding of details gathered to align requests with colleagues and contributes to defining requirements. Contributes to communicating business justification.
Additional Responsibilities
Learns and understands the current state of the industry, including knowledge of tools, techniques, strategies, and processes that can be utilized to improve efficiency and performance. Maintains knowledge of current trends within the discipline to understand broader requirements.
Develops and executes processes and procedures to enable management of marketing artifacts. Coordinates with campaign leads and identifies issues. Participates in sprint planning processes to prioritize work and delivers in a timely and quality fashion. Supports compliance of Marketing products/programs, policies, and processes by completing trainings and ensuring own understanding with minimal guidance. Abides by all compliance policies, processes, etc.
Qualifications
Required/Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field AND 3+ years marketing operations, product management, program management, project management, or related experience
OR equivalent experience.

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field AND 3+ years marketing operations, program management, project management, product management or related experience. 1+ year(s) technology/process improvement experience, HTML, Java Script, CSS, Java, PHP, Python, SQL, Dashboard Tools, Yardi/RentCafe
