We're looking for a visionary Head of Marketing to help tell Anterior's story and establish Anterior as a technology leader in Healthcare. You will help refine our brand, position our product, and drive demand generation.
About The Role
- You’ll shape our category-defining brand and normalize our identity across all channels.
- You’ll collaborate with Product and GTM to position Florence and her capabilities for market leadership.
- You’ll design comprehensive demand generation strategies (including thought leadership) to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
- You’ll implement a robust event strategy alongside account-based marketing campaigns to gain access to key health plan decision makers.
- You’ll build a high-performing marketing team with a collaborative and results-driven culture.
- You’ll establish KPIs, analyze campaign performance, and provide insights to refine strategies and optimize ROI.

- You have a strong background in product marketing, especially for sophisticated technical products built for complex enterprises.
- You pay strong attention to detail and have an obsession with language.
- You are scrappy, entrepreneurial, and adopt a first principles approach to your work.
- You know how to design and execute successful marketing campaigns with velocity.
- You are opinionated about B2B demand generation and have built specialized marketing functions to support complex customer acquisition pathways in a high stakes industry (healthcare, finance, legal, defense).
- You possess expert knowledge of marketing best practices and have a network of creative, technology, and media partners/vendors to leverage towards the company’s growth goals.
- You are expert at recruiting and managing top-tier marketing talent and inspire uniquely exceptional work from your people.
Hiring process & application
Our hiring process generally follows these core stages. While the exact steps may vary, here's how it typically works:
- Review: Submit your CV/resume. We're looking for someone with B2B and high-growth startup experience, as well as experience building and hiring a specialized marketing team.
- Manager screening call (30 mins): A call with our team to talk through your current/past experience, your interest in the role, and tell you more about Anterior.
- Team interviews (30 mins each): 2 interviews with different members of our team across GTM and Product. We'll dive deeper into your experience in marketing and design and give you the opportunity to learn more about what it's like to work at Anterior.
- Take-home & competency deep dive (1 hour): This interview usually consists of a practical element (case study, Presentation, Technical Problem Solving, etc.) designed to give you a broader understanding of how we drive impact at Anterior. This will be with the hiring manager and one other team member.
- Founder interview (30 mins): A conversation with members of our executive team. We assess your team fit based on our values.
