About Solved Sports:
Solved Sports allows users to build their own custom sports betting models powered by machine learning and advanced analytics. Generate automated betting insights every day with only a few clicks. As we continue to grow, we are looking to hire a dynamic and experienced Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) & Digital Content Creator to lead our marketing efforts and elevate our brand.
Responsibilities:
- Develop Compelling Content: Create high-quality written, video, and visual content that communicates the value of Solved Sports to our audience. This could include blog posts, social media posts, email newsletters, YouTube videos, podcasts, and more.
- Social Media Strategy & Engagement: Lead the social media strategy across all platforms (Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.), increasing followers, engagement, and conversion.
- Content Calendar & Scheduling: Develop a content calendar that supports key marketing initiatives and product launches, ensuring consistent, engaging content delivery, and leverage scheduling features where possible.
- Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies: Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that supports user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth for Solved Sports.
- Brand Development & Positioning: Strengthen and evolve the brand identity of Solved Sports in the marketplace, ensuring that messaging and creative direction are consistent across all channels.
- Market Analysis & Trends: Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and market dynamics to identify new opportunities and refine the marketing approach.
- Email Marketing: Design and manage email marketing campaigns, including user onboarding, retention, and engagement strategies.
- Influencer Marketing & Partnerships: Identify and collaborate with sports influencers, brand ambassadors, and content creators to increase brand visibility and trust within the sports and betting community.
- Customer Engagement: Develop programs and initiatives to foster a loyal and engaged community of users. Encourage user-generated content, testimonials, and reviews.
Qualifications:
Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in marketing and digital content creation
- Proven experience in the sports betting, fantasy sports, or tech industry is highly preferred.
- Strong background in performance marketing, paid advertising, and analytics.
Skills:
- Expertise in digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.), analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, etc.), and content management systems (WordPress, HubSpot, etc.).
- Exceptional content creation skills, with a portfolio that demonstrates your ability to produce high-quality, engaging content across various formats.
- Strong leadership with a collaborative and results-driven approach.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics, derive insights, and make strategic decisions based on data.
- Familiarity with influencer marketing platforms and affiliate programs.
- Video production and editing skills (using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.) are an asset.
