Marketing Operations - Events Contract 18 months)
You are a Marketing Operations Events professional and will join our Global Marketing Operations (GMOPs) team. In this role, you will support internal, proprietary, and third-party events, ensuring seamless operational execution. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, utilize marketing technologies, and deliver real-time support while optimizing event processes and reporting.
This position pays: $55 to $58 per hour
Location: Remote (US-based)
What You Will Be Doing:
- Supporting event execution for internal and external events, including third-party tradeshows.
- Consulting with stakeholders to align on operational event requirements.
- Managing campaign setup in Salesforce and building Marketo programs for event-related tasks.
- Ensuring data sync between internal systems and third-party tools like Swoogo and Bigmarker.
- Conducting system QA to maintain parity with event agendas and real-time updates.
- Developing lead routing and scoring strategies for pre- and post-event success.
- Scrubbing and preparing event data using Excel or Google Sheets for platform uploads.
- Generating pre- and post-event reports to measure effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities.
- Documenting processes to ensure scalability and efficiency.
- Cross-training on broader marketing operations priorities during downtime.
What You Bring:
- 3–5 years of experience in a B2B enterprise marketing operations environment.
- Hands-on experience with Marketo, Salesforce, Swoogo, Bigmarker, and advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills.
- 1–2 years of experience supporting global events in a high-tech or enterprise setting.
- Exceptional project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple events and deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot and resolve event-related challenges.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering accurate, timely outputs.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder alignment and documentation.
- Adaptability to evolving event requirements in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive approach to process improvement and scalability.
