We are searching for a passionate, hands-on CMO/SVP of Marketing to join our executive team and help to shape the future of our company. As our Marketing leader, you will be the driving force behind our brand, responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that attracts new customers, builds our brand, and strengthens and expands our leadership position within our industry.
Your Profile
You are a seasoned marketing executive with deep expertise within B2B SaaS. You are proficient in growth marketing techniques, leveraging inbound, account-based marketing (ABM), and demand generation strategies. You set the pace for creativity, innovation and leadership within all aspects of your business. Your deep understanding of critical SaaS metrics like ARR, CAC, LTV, and churn, enable you to implement creative and effective strategies to optimize each. You’ve scaled multiple businesses to successful outcomes and are eager to do it again. You are a leader of leaders, passionate about developing others and supporting their growth.
Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with all areas of the business including Sales, Partnerships, Product, Customer Success, Enablement and Executive Leadership to develop and execute successful marketing strategies. You'll be responsible for leading a team of marketing professionals and work cross-functionally to drive brand awareness, market adoption, and revenue growth.
In this role, you will lead:
- Strategic Marketing: Develop and implement a data-driven marketing strategy that drives brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention.
- Content Creation & Management: Spearhead the creation of compelling, relevant content that resonates with our target audience and positions us as thought leaders in identity theft and fraud prevention.
- Digital Advertising & Lead Generation: Utilize modern digital advertising techniques to attract and convert potential customers. You’ll be expected to behands-on with campaigns, optimizing them for maximum impact.
- Brand Stewardship: Be the guardian of our brand, ensuring every customer interaction reflects our values and mission. You will own the first impression we make with our audience.
- Team Development: You have a strong, high performing team. It will be your responsibility to support their continued development and unlock future opportunities for professional growth.

Requirements
- Experience: This isn’t your first rodeo. A proven track record in an executive level B2B marketing role within a startup or fast-growing SaaS is a must. Cybersecurity industry experience is icing on the cake.
- Content & Digital Marketing Expertise: Deep understanding of modern digital marketing tactics, content creation, SEO, PPC, and social media strategies.
- Channel Campaign and Relationship Management: You’ll be the ultimate collaborator with our Partnerships team leading new business growth by developing and managing marketing strategies aimed at indirect sales channels.
- Hands-On Leader: You’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves and get involved in the day-to-day execution of marketing activities, especially in the early stages.
- Brand Visionary: Strong sense of branding and ability to communicate a compelling narrative that aligns with our company’s mission with particular emphasis on Enterprise markets.
