Job Title: Manager, Integrated Marketing – Men’s Business

Job Summary
The Manager of Integrated Marketing for the Men’s Business will develop and execute targeted, integrated marketing strategies to support and drive growth in the men’s product category. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver 360 consumer journeys and amplify compelling campaigns that enhance brand visibility, drive traffic, and increase conversion within the men’s segment. The ideal candidate has experience in consumer-focused marketing, a strong understanding of men’s retail trends, and a proven ability to execute integrated marketing plans that resonate with target audiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Development & Execution
- Lead integrated marketing strategies for the Madewell Men’s business across digital, email, in-store, and other marketing channels.
- Work closely Creative Marketing partners to amplify 360 campaigns grounded in storytelling, product amplification and customer experiences tailored to the men’s customer.
- Coordinate with e-commerce, retail, loyalty, social, stores, and digital marketing teams to ensure consistent, cohesive execution of campaigns across all touchpoints
- Customer Insights & Targeting
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity in men’s retail to adjust strategies and stay ahead in a dynamic market.
- Utilize segmentation strategies to tailor campaigns to different customer segments within the men’s category.
- Leverage customer insights and market research to understand the men’s customer profile, shopping habits, and preferences.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with Merchandising and Product teams to align marketing initiatives with product launches, seasonal stories, and key promotions.
- Partner with e-commerce and digital marketing teams to optimize online experience and conversion, creating a seamless journey from awareness to purchase.
- Work with Retail Operations and Visual Merchandising teams to support in-store marketing initiatives, ensuring an integrated online and offline experience.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Track, measure, and report on campaign performance against KPIs such as engagement, traffic, conversion, and sales.
- Analyze campaign results and provide insights to inform ongoing optimizations and future strategies.
- Manage and monitor campaign budgets to ensure efficient use of resources and a strong ROI.
Qualifications
- Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in consumer marketing, preferably with a focus on men’s apparel or a similar retail category.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns with measurable results.
- Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of marketing channels, including digital, social, email, and in-store.
- Analytical mindset with experience in using data to optimize campaigns and drive business growth.
- Excellent project management skills with a detail-oriented approach and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Salary Range: $108,800.00 - $136,000.00

The base salary offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region of work premises, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
