Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and highly motivated Marketing Coordinator to oversee and execute various marketing efforts, including social media management, photography, graphics, and website content. This individual will play a key role in building and maintaining our brand identity across digital and print platforms, and will work closely with our design team to promote our services and projects. They will also work closely with the Design Director to continue past initiatives, and continue narrative development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media Management:
- Manage and grow social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, etc.), including creating and scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and analyzing performance metrics.
- Develop and implement creative social media campaigns to showcase our landscape design projects and services.
- Photography & Visual Content:
- Capture high-quality photographs of completed projects, design concepts, and behind-the-scenes moments to visually represent our brand.
- Edit and enhance photos for use in social media, website, email campaigns, and print materials.
- Graphics & Brand Assets:
- Design eye-catching graphics, promotional materials, and print assets that align with the company’s visual identity.
- Ensure consistency in the use of brand elements, colors, and fonts across all digital and print media.
- Website & Content Management:
- Maintain and update the company website, ensuring it accurately reflects our latest projects, services, and branding.
- Write and edit web content, LinkedIn posts, and case studies that highlight our work and expertise.
- Collaborative Marketing Initiatives:
- Work with the design team to promote new and ongoing projects, and events.
- Support ongoing public relations campaigns, email marketing, and advertising efforts to generate leads and build brand awareness.
- General Coordination
- Work closely with Project Managers to collect and organize content throughout the year
- Write and edit language to be used across all marketing platforms, for external and internal use.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in social media management, photography, and graphic design.
- Proficiency with design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and social media tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Figma).
- Basic web content management skills (MODx experience preferred).
- Strong photography skills and knowledge of photo editing software.
- Creative and detail-oriented with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in the architecture/landscape industry is a plus.
