DrBalcony is seeking a dynamic
Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead our marketing efforts and drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and growth strategies. As a key member of our executive team, you will develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans that align with our business objectives and target market. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of marketing, including digital marketing, product marketing, brand management, and public relations.
In this role, you will harness your creativity and leadership skills to inspire and manage a high-performing marketing team. Your expertise will guide the development of innovative campaigns and initiatives that resonate with our audience, resulting in increased engagement and market share.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a data-driven marketing strategy that aligns with overall business goals
- Lead brand positioning and messaging, ensuring consistency across all channels and platforms
- Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, content marketing, and social media campaigns
- Drive customer acquisition strategies and optimize the marketing funnel for lead generation
- Manage the marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to maximize ROI
- Collaborate with product, sales, and customer success teams to develop compelling product positioning and marketing materials
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, insights, and new opportunities for growth
- Build and maintain relationships with key industry partners, media outlets, and influencers
- Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and excellence
- Analyze performance metrics and campaign results to refine strategies and improve overall effectiveness
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities
- Prepare and present marketing strategies and results to the executive team and stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- 6-10+ years of experience in marketing roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership position
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing innovative marketing strategies that drive growth
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing techniques and analytics, with experience using data to drive decisions
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Proven track record of working collaboratively across departments to achieve goals
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a tech-driven industry or startup environment
- Familiarity with CRM software and marketing automation tools
- Strong understanding of brand management and customer engagement strategies
