As we expand, we're looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Associate with a strong background in email marketing to join our dynamic team and help elevate our digital marketing efforts.
About The Role
As a Senior Digital Marketing Associate, you will play a pivotal role in creating, executing, and optimizing email marketing campaigns. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns are engaging, data-driven, and aligned with broader marketing goals.
What You'll Do
- Develop, deploy and optimize email marketing campaigns, from strategy to execution.
- Build and segment targeted audiences to maximize engagement and drive conversions within list based and automated campaigns.
- Monitor campaign calendars to ensure alignment with key business initiatives.
- Collaborate with designers and copywriters to develop compelling, on-brand campaign content (templates, landing pages, forms, etc.).
- Perform A/B testing on various campaign elements, including subject lines, content, and CTAs.
- Use customer data, analytics and AI to personalize email content and improve engagement performance.
- Provide performance reports, analyzing key metrics like open rates, clicks, conversions, and revenue.
- Stay informed about email marketing trends, best practices, and compliance regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM).
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years in email marketing within a digital marketing environment.
- Familiarity with email marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketing Cloud Account Engagement, Marketing Cloud Engagement, Marketo, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and design principles for creating and testing email templates.
- Experience with analytics tools like Google or Adobe Analytics to measure campaign success.
- Strong understanding of A/B testing methods and campaign optimization strategies.
- Excellent written communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines with exceptional attention to detail.
- A proactive mindset and eagerness to contribute to a fast-growing team.
- Preference given to candidates with a Pardot certification.
