The Community relations and brand coordinator is responsible for promoting and maintaining the Atlanta Braves brand and relations in the community of North Port and surrounding areas. Position description includes but is not limited to:
- Execute the delivery of purchased marketing assets to promote the facility
- Organize and populate the daily, weekly and monthly analytics reporting for our customer interactions
- Procure and curate of social media content
- Monitor all social media platforms, listing channels and execute on daily basis
- Daily creation of in stadium and promotional print use
- Execute the delivery of digital marketing assets to internal and external parties
- schedule outbound digital communication of online ads, paid media campaigns and social buys
- Produce a bi-weekly calendar of media schedule
- Coordinate media inquiries and facilitate requests for public speaking engagements
- Filter and present applicable donation requests
- Plan and execute schedules for on-field activities including national anthems and first pitches
- Create and facilitate community relations initiatives, including overseeing the Street Team
- Conduct tours of the facility
- All other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Digital and social native with a high-level of comfort and knowledge of key platforms
- Proven examples of digital and social media marketing and engagement experience
- Familiarity with digital trends and technology, sports and popular culture
- A robust skill-set, including exceptional oral, written, and visual communication skills, organization, digital analytics
- Highly organized self-starter
- Strong track record managing social media channels for an established brand
- The ability to work flexible hours
- Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
- Ability to work extended or irregular hours, including nights, weekends and holidays; including all Braves home games
- Must complete a successful background check
