Role Description
BOTINKIT is seeking a seasoned marketing professional to spearhead our diverse marketing initiatives and digital campaigns. In this role, you will collaborate closely with BOTINKIT's sales managers, videographers, chefs, and customers, and oversee relationships with third-party marketing agencies to bolster our digital footprint and enhance our overall market presence.
As a key figure in our dynamic and fast-growing team, the Marketing Manager will play a crucial role and wear many hats. Your responsibilities will include conducting market research to identify key customer segments, crafting data-driven strategies for engaging with partners, dealers, and distributors, generating impactful content, and fostering product growth and market penetration. You will also lead the charge on managing events and digital campaigns, and you'll work in tandem with our Sales team to track and optimize lead generation and analyze campaign outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Working closely with Business Development, Sales and Videography team to craft and share BOTINKIT's story and impact
- Logistics and planning for industry tradeshows and bespoke events: Identify and gather information on future shows to attend; track deadlines; communicate all necessary show information; track spending
- Work closely with Business Development and Videography team to generate compelling content, oftentimes with existing customers
- Manage various on- and offline marketing campaigns and summarize into consumable insights/KPIs
Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, engineering or business discipline
- 5+ years of B2B/B2C experience in product and/or marketing
- Comfortable using Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.)
- Experience in the food & beverage and/or restaurant equipment industry
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Proficient writing skills across a range of content (brochures, presentations, websites, ads, email, etc.)
- Professional and polished work output
- Comfortable working with and giving directions to business leaders
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Self-motivated and highly accountable
