Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketing Lead to join our marketing team in Charlotte, NC. The ideal candidate will spearhead our digital marketing initiatives, building and maintaining relationships with ambassadors/trainers, developing strategic campaigns, and driving brand awareness and engagement across digital platforms. This role requires a hands-on approach, a passion for fitness, health and wellness, and solid experience in marketing within fitness, health and wellness, or athleisure brands. The candidate must also be based in Charlotte as this is not a remote role.
Responsibilities
- Ambassador Relationship Management: Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with ambassadors, ensuring alignment with Europa Sports' brand values and marketing objectives
- Campaign Development and Execution: Develop and execute marketing campaigns, including campaign planning, content creation, contract negotiation, and performance tracking
- Content Strategy: Collaborate with ambassadors to create authentic, engaging, and on-brand content that resonates with target audiences
- Digital Marketing Integration: Incorporate ambassador campaigns into the broader digital marketing strategy, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and paid social media advertising
- Social Media Management: Oversee the company's social media presence, ensuring cohesive messaging and engagement with the community
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to optimize future campaigns and strategies
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, social media, and sales teams to integrate influencer initiatives into broader marketing strategies and ensure cohesive brand messaging
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing strategies to keep Europa Sports at the forefront of digital marketing innovation
- Compliance and Brand Safety: Ensure all influencer partnerships and campaigns comply with legal and regulatory guidelines, maintaining brand safety and integrity
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or related fields, with a strong focus on supplements, fitness, health and wellness, or athleisure brands
- Hands-on Approach: Demonstrated ability to manage end-to-end campaigns, from strategy development to execution and analysis
- Digital Marketing Expertise: Proven experience in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and paid social media advertising
- Social Media Savvy: Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices for maximizing engagement and reach
- Passion: Genuine passion for fitness, health, and wellness, and a commitment to promoting these values
- Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills
- Creativity: Ability to think creatively and strategically, developing innovative campaigns that drive engagement and brand loyalty

- Location: Must be based in Charlotte, North Carolina, as this role is not remote
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
