Role Overview
We are looking for a Marketing & Engagement Manager to help us strengthen our external brand & marketing efforts, enhance our customer marketing campaigns, support our client marketing efforts, and more. This individual will play a critical role in our success and will support and grow our marketing strategy. We have two sets of customers — HR and benefits leaders for their organization and employees who are eligible to receive Leap Health’s services.
You’ll leverage cross-discipline strategies, tactics, and tools to help us engage employees and open doors for marketing communications within our employer partner organizations to reach their eligible employee populations. You’ll be responsible for elevating our brand across all audiences and, most importantly, speaking to our customers in a way that establishes trust and ensures Leap’s value proposition is understood.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and lead engagement marketing programming that drives member growth.
- In collaboration with Client Success, you’ll build relationships and connect with client HR & benefits leaders on a regular basis, pitching in strategic marketing programs and ensuring continued partnership and account retention.
- In collaboration with Sales, help employers see the value in providing Leap Health as a benefit to their organization and get the most out of the offering.
- Meet customer needs while gaining a deep understanding of their challenges and triumphs as they use Leap as a part of their employee benefit program.
- Regularly analyze and report the success of your programs to customers and internal stakeholders
- Work across the Leap organization to ensure our utilization goals are met.
- Build a library of customer case studies that can act as a marketing channel to drive new enterprise opportunities and strengthen the brand.
- Support the launch of new products and services with cross-functional team members.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience:
- 5+ years marketing experience in B2B2C organizations
- Focused experience or education in healthcare communications
Skills:
- Demonstrated healthcare marketing and communications skills.
- Data driven & analytical skills for measuring the success of various marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial spirit.
- B2B2C marketing.
