About The Role
The Paid Social Marketing Manager will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing paid social campaigns across multiple platforms. This role involves analyzing performance metrics, conducting diagnostics, drafting insights and reports, running experiments, and optimizing both existing and new campaigns. The candidate will develop creative strategies, brief creative requirements, and focus on scalable opportunities to drive customer awareness and business impact.
Through continuous testing and iteration, the Paid Social Marketing Manager will deliver innovative upper, mid, and lower funnel campaigns. The ideal candidate will be a fast learner, analytical thinker, and decisive operator with a strong balance of marketing expertise, technical aptitude, and sound business judgment.
Responsibilities
- Build campaigns from the ground up, including conducting keyword research, competitive analysis, ad copy development, and experimentation.
- Monitor campaign performance, perform deep-dive analyses, and identify opportunities to optimize and scale results across paid social tactics.
- Keep campaigns current by integrating site updates, internal team inputs, and relevant industry trends or insights.
- Test and optimize budgets, campaign structures, objectives, and creative assets across all funnel stages (upper, mid, and lower).
- Continuously analyze campaign data, experiment, and iterate to improve performance and uncover new growth opportunities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and success.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related discipline.
- 4+ years of experience managing paid social campaigns across the full funnel, preferably in e-commerce or a similar industry.
- Strong understanding of Meta platforms, optimization strategies, and familiarity with new feature launches.
- Experience working within an "always-on" test-and-learn environment for paid social media.
- Proficiency in analytics platforms and experience working with large datasets to generate insights and actionable recommendations.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong communication, mathematical, and analytical skills (both written and verbal).
- Hands-on experience with A/B and multivariate testing, including implementing data-driven decisions based on test outcomes.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with brand marketers, product managers, and finance teams.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a tenacious attitude for learning and embracing new challenges.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects independently.
- Flexibility for periodic travel.
Salary range: 110 - 120k
