We are looking for a passionate and organized Office & Social Media Manager to join our team full-time and support both the day-to-day operations and online presence of our brand.
Position Overview:
The Office & Social Media Manager will be a key player in ensuring smooth office operations while actively promoting our brand on social media. You will balance administrative responsibilities with creative digital marketing efforts, helping to grow our brand’s presence across various social platforms. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, creative, and enjoys a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Office Management:
- Manage day-to-day office operations, including maintaining office supplies, coordinating meetings, and handling general administrative tasks.
- Assist with scheduling and organizing appointments, calls, and events.
- Handle customer inquiries, emails, and orders, ensuring excellent customer service.
- Support inventory management and item tracking/organiztion.
Social Media Management:
- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase engagement and brand awareness on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and TikTok.
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging content, including photos, captions, and videos that align with the brand’s voice and aesthetic.
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activity, and performance metrics to optimize campaigns.
- Respond to direct messages, comments, and customer inquiries across social media channels in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with influencers or partners to grow the brand’s reach and visibility.
Additional Support:
- Assist with the creation and distribution of email newsletters, promotional campaigns, and product launches.
- Coordinate with the design and production teams to ensure accurate content and product representation.
- Provide general support to the disparate teams as needed, such as sales and tech.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in office administration or social media management, ideally within a fashion or creative environment.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, etc.) and best practices for content creation and engagement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in office software (Google Suite, Microsoft Office) and social media scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Later, Canva).
- Basic photography or photo editing skills are a plus.
- A passion for fashion and keeping up with current trends.
