Popeyes is seeking a Sr. Analyst, Digital Marketing Execution to lead and enhance digital campaign execution, third-party delivery performance, and guest engagement. This role is instrumental in optimizing digital marketing strategies, supporting promotional launches, refining menu structures, and merchandising across third party delivery platforms.
Role And Responsibilities
- Drive third-party delivery performance by managing the execution of digital campaigns and promotions across delivery platforms, ensuring alignment with brand standards and goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and support menu structures and merchandising strategies within digital platforms, ensuring a seamless and guest-centric experience.
- Execute digital marketing campaigns with a focus on third-party delivery platforms, to maximize engagement and sales.
- Partner with internal teams and franchisees to manage promotional campaigns, new product launches, and digital merchandising initiatives.
- Analyze and report the performance of digital campaigns and third-party delivery promotions, identifying key insights to improve effectiveness and ROI.
- Coordinate weekly routines across marketing, analytics, operations, and technology teams to align on digital activation strategies and upcoming initiatives.
- Act as a key point of contact between franchisees, third-party delivery partners, and the corporate marketing team, ensuring clear communication and timely resolution of questions or concerns related to digital platforms and promotions.
- Track, resolve, and report issues with digital campaigns, third-party delivery activations, and menu configurations, providing recommendations for improvement and driving process enhancements.
- Collaborate with external vendors, delivery platforms, and partners (e.g., digital agencies) to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and merchandising strategies.
- Optimize the digital guest experience by refining digital platforms, delivery menus, and promotions in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Lead ad hoc projects and feasibility testing for rapid prototyping and campaign experiments.
- Adapt to the fast-paced nature of the quick-service restaurant industry by making dynamic decisions and pivoting strategies when necessary.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, project management, or a related role, with experience in third-party delivery a plus.
- Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills with experience in campaign performance analysis and optimization.
- Knowledge of media planning, digital marketing platforms, and promotional execution, with a focus on third-party delivery platforms.
- Strong understanding of menu structure and merchandising strategies within digital platforms.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey key messages effectively to diverse stakeholders, including franchisees and internal teams.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with high attention to detail.
- Proven ability to collaborate in a cross-functional environment and influence without authority.
- Resilient and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
