In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing marketing campaign strategies that align with a Fortune 100 FinTech company's business goals. This role combines market research, data analysis, and creative thinking to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and creative teams, to create effective marketing campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve the company’s short-term and long-term business objectives.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends, opportunities, and customer needs.
- Define target audiences and segment them effectively for personalized campaigns.
- Plan, execute, and measure marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, email, content, etc.).
- Optimize campaigns for maximum ROI through continuous monitoring and adjustments.
- Collaborate with creative teams to design engaging content and visuals for marketing materials.
- Analyze marketing data, KPIs, and performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of strategies.
- Use insights to make data-driven adjustments to strategies and improve future campaigns.
- Work closely with product, sales, and creative teams to ensure alignment in messaging and marketing initiatives.
- Lead brainstorming sessions and provide strategic input during product development phases.
- Collaborate with external agencies, partners, and stakeholders as needed.
- Stay updated on the latest marketing trends, tools, and technologies to continuously innovate and stay competitive.
- Apply knowledge of emerging digital platforms and channels to drive engagement and brand visibility.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required (Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred).
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies/campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
- Expertise in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, SEO/SEM, email marketing, etc.).
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to think creatively and strategically in fast-paced environments.
- Experience with marketing automation tools.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Knowledge of content marketing, social media strategy, and influencer partnerships.
