As the Social Media & Influencer Marketing Manager, you will oversee Happy Brands’ social media channels, create compelling content, and cultivate strategic influencer partnerships to drive brand awareness, community engagement, and sales. This multifaceted role combines creative content development, community management, and ambassador program leadership, making you a key contributor to our mission of spreading joy and functionality.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Content Creation
- Conceptualize, design, and produce high-quality, engaging multimedia content, leveraging assets from the Studio team and your own creative skills.
- Collaborate with design and marketing teams to develop cohesive brand storytelling across all platforms.
- Craft SEO-optimized captions and use storytelling techniques to captivate and convert audiences.
- Stay current with social media trends, integrating innovative ideas into campaigns.
- Brainstorm and execute hashtag and visibility strategies to maximize reach.
Social Media Channel Management
- Manage day-to-day operations, including creating and maintaining monthly social calendars aligned with marketing plans.
- Develop and distribute social briefs for product launches and key campaigns, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate content delivery.
- Schedule and post content across platforms while maintaining high standards of quality, accuracy, and functionality.
- Monitor and optimize performance, leveraging insights to enhance social strategies.
- Code links for .com promotions and new product launches.
- Review all posts and coordinate with cross-functional teams before publishing to ensure accuracy.
- Review all published content to ensure correctness, high resolution, and working links.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of assets and copy needs.
Community Management Responsibilities
- Own community management, responding promptly to comments, messages, tags, and mentions with timeliness and consistency. Engage the Customer Service or Sales Team support when necessary.
- Build meaningful interactions and foster relationships with the Happy Brands community.
- Request and leverage user-generated content (UGC) to enhance brand storytelling, securing repost rights and showcasing top content.
- Stay informed on community sentiment and social media trends, providing actionable insights to key stakeholders.
- Be an expert on the latest social media trends, providing recommendations on ways for the brand to interact with the community.
Influencer Marketing
- Manage and grow the Happy Planner Brand Ambassador program by fostering relationships with existing influencers and identifying new partners.
- Develop seasonal campaign briefs, negotiate partnerships, and ensure alignment with brand goals.
- Oversee affiliate marketing initiatives to support the ambassador program and maximize ROI.
- Track and analyze influencer campaign performance, adjusting strategies to optimize effectiveness.
- Organize events, presentations, and other promotional activities to spotlight Happy Brands’ innovations.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or equivalent experience required.
- 4+ years of experience in social media management, content creation, and influencer marketing, preferably within the CPG or lifestyle industry.
- Proven track record of managing major social accounts (500k+ followers) and delivering measurable growth in engagement and sales.
Skills & Expertise
- Exceptional copywriting and content creation skills, including photography, videography, and editing.
- Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Threads, Pinterest, Facebook, etc.) and tools like Sprout Social, Grin, and Bazaarvoice.
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting social media data and adjusting strategies.
- Skilled in budget management and campaign tracking.
- Solution-oriented mindset with the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
- Outstanding project management, organizational, and communication skills.
