About the Role:
We’re seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Marketing Manager to join our team and take ownership of Flooret’s social media presence. This role is responsible for managing all social platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Houzz, and X (formerly Twitter). You’ll curate and create content, help develop strategies to improve growth and engagement, and collaborate with our Influencer Manager to ensure seamless execution of influencer campaigns.
As Social Media Marketing Manager, you’ll also be tasked with crafting compelling copy, refining Flooret’s social strategy, and producing content that aligns with our brand vision and values. This is a full-time, on-site role based in our Grapevine, TX headquarters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all Flooret social media channels, ensuring consistent branding and messaging.
- Develop and implement social strategies that drive engagement, growth, and awareness.
- Create and curate high-quality content (images, videos, and written copy) tailored to each platform.
- Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies for optimal results.
- Collaborate with the Influencer Manager to:
Create detailed campaign briefs.
Approve influencer content and ensure alignment with brand goals.
- Stay ahead of social media trends and leverage new opportunities for the brand.
