We’re seeking a talented and ambitious Junior Art Director to join our creative team and help bring our clients’ visions to life. As a Junior Art Director at Episode Four, you will work directly for our Art Director and the broader creative team to support the creative approach for a handful of Fortune 500 companies. You will operate and learn across mediums, from digital to traditional to cutting-edge spaces like AI. You will be doing hands-on design work every day, so an adept knowledge of the Adobe Suite, Figma, and other design software and best practices is key. Ideally, you are a recent graduate with a skillset in graphic design, motion design, and conceptual ideation. Advertising/marketing experience is a plus.
This is a full-time salary position with a 4-month check-in to ensure a good fit.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate directly with the creative team to:
- Understand client objectives and meet deadlines
- Shape the creative approach for various projects
- Oversee the vision and execution
- Deep understanding of digital, social, and "on the horizon" mediums and design trends
- Contribute to brainstorming and conceptual ideation for campaigns and projects
- Report directly to Art Director to support the creative team with tasks including: Visual/ motion design & photography research
- Create and refine layouts, mock-ups, and presentation materials for internal and client review
- Creative asset production and refinement (digital banner campaigns, social posts, sponsored posts)

- A recent graduate with:
- Strong skillset in design, motion design, and utilizing brand guidelines.
- Proficient in Figma, Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Indesign)
- Advertising & marketing knowledge
- Excels at creative ideation and concept development

We are currently working on a wide variety of projects for many Fortune 500 companies and brands with a current focus on the financial service sector. Our projects are largely non-traditional and range from hits like a cooking series featuring the best chefs in the world, to building bespoke muscle cars, to custom shoe design, DTC product advertising and way more.
