Flex is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Associate Marketing Manager to help drive the growth and success of our omnichannel brand in the competitive retail and CPG landscape. This role is instrumental in executing key marketing initiatives, including campaign management, shopper marketing programs, and affiliate outreach, to enhance brand visibility and accelerate retail velocities. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, the Associate Marketing Manager will collaborate across teams to ensure seamless execution of projects, deliver data-driven recommendations, and contribute to our mission of elevating customer engagement and brand performance.

Salary range: $90-100k per year, commensurate with experience and equity stock options
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns to drive retail velocities, ensuring all elements are delivered on time and meet objectives
- Manage retail coupon programs, providing data-driven recommendations to optimize performance and efficiency
- Oversee TikTok Shop affiliate outreach and management, expanding affiliate program postings and sales to support brand campaigns
- Develop and maintain shopper marketing merchandising initiatives, enhancing product visibility and consumer engagement
- Collaborate cross-functionally with social, retail, e-commerce, and insights teams to align and optimize marketing efforts
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and strategic adjustments to improve outcomes
- Stay informed on industry trends and consumer behavior to refine marketing strategies and maintain brand relevance

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, with 2–4 years of marketing experience in a retail CPG environment.
- Familiarity with a challenger brand in the intimate or personal care categories is a plus
- Experience managing omnichannel campaigns across retail, digital, and social platforms
- Proven ability to analyze and leverage consumer insights and POS data to drive strategic marketing decisions and optimize program performance
- Experience managing retail coupon programs, shopper marketing initiatives, and affiliate outreach, particularly on platforms like TikTok Shop
In 1 Month You Will:
- Familiarize yourself with all ongoing and planned marketing campaigns, retail coupon programs, shopper marketing initiatives, and the TikTok Shop affiliate program
- Begin or take over execution of any in-progress campaign tasks as needed
- Review and analyze the performance of past and current coupon programs to identify trends and areas for immediate improvement
- Develop a clear understanding of the company’s brand voice, target audience, and omnichannel marketing strategies
In 3 Months:
- Analyze campaign performance data and deliver insights to refine future marketing efforts and improve retail velocities
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure marketing campaigns are delivered on time and aligned with brand objectives
- Begin providing strategic recommendations based on data analytics to improve coupon program performance and overall campaign efficiency
In 6 Months:
- Deliver measurable improvements in campaign execution, including increased retail velocities and affiliate program growth
- Demonstrate consistent on-time and in-full delivery of marketing projects and reporting deliverables
- Drive meaningful growth in brand engagement and revenue through successful execution of marketing campaigns and affiliate strategies
- Present a strategic review to leadership, highlighting achievements, key learnings, and actionable recommendations for long-term success
