The Marketing Manager plays a critical role in driving the growth, client engagement, and brand awareness of Veterinary Innovative Partners’ network of hospitals. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, this position oversees a range of marketing initiatives including social media, client communications, content creation, and reputation management. Additionally, the Marketing Manager will provide regular performance insights and collaborate with hospital leadership to determine future marketing initiatives.

- Marketing Project Management:
- Lead integrated marketing initiatives tailored for hospital-specific campaigns, corporate recruitment initiatives, and public relations efforts at the corporate level.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to oversee every facet of multi-channel campaigns, encompassing execution and performance enhancement, while streamlining workflows and adhering to deadlines.
- Use tools like Monday.com to plan projects and track deliverables, ensuring timely completion across events and membership initiatives.
- Prepare and present monthly marketing performance reports, including KPIs, for each hospital.
- Analyze data to determine key performance drivers and areas for improvement, offering actionable recommendations for future marketing initiatives
- Work closely with marketing team to evaluate past campaigns and decide on marketing efforts moving forward based on performance metrics and business objectives.
- Serve as a liaison between corporate marketing and individual practices to align messaging and marketing efforts with each hospital's needs.
- Own all practice communications ensuring consistent and effective campaigns are set up across all channels, including email and text.
- Manage practice reputation initiatives, including monitoring online reviews to enhance overall reputation and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with regional managers and hospital teams to create and execute social media strategies tailored to enhance brand awareness and client acquisition.
- Own all aspects of social media, including content creation and management, development of the social media calendar, and monthly hospital social media toolkits.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance, providing insights and adjustments to improve engagement and reach.
- Internal and External Collaboration:
- Manage relationships with outside recruitment outreach consultant to launch targeted campaigns for VIP corporate, focusing on attracting top talent and aligning hiring efforts.
- Lead the collaboration with the PR agency, ensuring effective coordination of deliverables while actively contributing to the development and completion of PR initiatives.
- Supervise partnerships with external vendors and partners to facilitate the procurement of marketing collateral and promotional items.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in multi-location management or healthcare/veterinary sectors.
- Strong understanding of both digital and traditional marketing.
- Experience in community-based and hyper-local marketing.
- Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities and campaigns.
- Strong leadership and team collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google My Business) and social media platforms (Sprout, Canva).
Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities
- Experience in the veterinary or healthcare industry.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and client retention.
- Ability to adapt marketing initiatives for diverse markets and demographics.
- Experience with budget management and resource allocation for marketing campaigns.
Salary: $70,000-$85,0000 to commensurate with experience.
