We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Marketing Director with extensive experience in paid search, paid social, email, and text/SMS marketing to lead our customer acquisition and engagement efforts. This role is critical in driving our growth within the aviation and luxury travel space and reports directly to the CEO.
The ideal candidate will blend a big-picture, strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to campaign execution. Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and execute a comprehensive, multi-channel digital marketing strategy to drive brand growth, lead generation, and customer retention.
- Align marketing objectives with overall business goals, identifying growth opportunities and key areas for innovation.
- Lead budget planning and allocation to optimize investments across paid search, paid social, email, and text marketing channels.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to influence overall go-to-market strategy, including messaging, positioning, and targeting.
Paid Search (SEM)
- Create and optimize high-performing search campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads) that maximize conversions and ROI.
- Lead the development of keyword strategies, bidding structures, and ad performance reporting.
- Continuously evaluate search campaign performance and refine strategy to stay competitive in the aviation and luxury markets.
Paid Social Media
- Design and execute paid social strategies across platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) to drive awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
- Partner with leadership and creative and content agencies to develop impactful assets tailored for social audiences.
- Implement audience segmentation, testing frameworks, and dynamic creative to optimize results.
Email & Text (SMS) Marketing
- Build and enhance email and SMS marketing campaigns that engage, nurture, and convert customers throughout the lifecycle.
- Oversee list segmentation, personalization, and automation workflows to ensure targeted messaging.
- Monitor and optimize open rates, CTRs, and conversion metrics through ongoing A/B testing.
Performance Analytics & Reporting
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and build reporting frameworks to measure channel effectiveness and ROI.
- Utilize data insights to make informed decisions and adjustments in real time.
- Prepare and present strategic performance reports and recommendations to leadership.
Collaboration & Cross-Functional Engagement
- Partner with sales, creative, and external agencies to ensure alignment on brand messaging, customer experience, and campaign goals.
- Manage vendor relationships for media buying, ad platforms, and marketing technology solutions.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, with expertise in paid search, paid social, email, and text/SMS marketing.
- Proven track record leading successful strategic marketing initiatives in growth-focused organizations.
- Experience in aviation, luxury travel, or high-net-worth customer segments is strongly preferred.
- Strong analytical and technical skills with proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, HubSpot, Klaviyo (or similar platforms), and Google Analytics.
- Exceptional ability to synthesize data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
- Ability to operate with an “always-on” mindset and excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with experience managing cross-functional initiatives.
Preferred Skills
- Understanding of private aviation industry and luxury consumer behaviors and lifecycle marketing trends.
- Familiarity with performance attribution models and media optimization tools.
- Experience working with internal stakeholders and external partners to drive integrated campaign success.
