The
Marketing Coordinator will play a critical role in supporting the marketing function through the organization and execution of day-to-day tasks. This individual will have a strong aptitude for marketing and experience using marketing tools such as graphic design software, CRMs, and analytics tools. The role requires high attention to detail, copywriting, creativity, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a high level of organization. This position involves assistance & execution with social media content, promotional materials, mail campaigns, digital media campaigns, as well as supporting key events such as tradeshows, webinars, and other corporate events.
Essential Responsibilities - Content Creation and Execution:
- Assist in the development of content for social media platforms, blogs, email marketing initiatives, and digital campaigns.
- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure content aligns with the brand voice and campaign goals.
- Consistently schedule posts across platforms, bringing new ideas to drive engagement and reach.
- Digital Targeting & Analytics:
- Utilize tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, and social media ad platforms to analyze campaign performance and refine target audiences.
- Monitor metrics to ensure digital campaigns are meeting objectives.
- Take ownership of day-to-day campaign adjustments, ensuring maximum impact while being proactive in suggesting data-driven improvements.
- Promotional Material Creation and Management:
- Assist in the creation, organization, and distribution of promotional materials, including sales literature, brochures, and newsletters.
- Proactively suggest new designs or formats to improve the effectiveness of promotional tools.
- Knowledge-Sharing System Support:
- Maintain and update internal libraries, ensuring all materials are organized and accessible for team members.
- Provide support in sharing updates and relevant content across teams. Bring a self-starter attitude to streamline processes, propose enhancements, and implement systems that improve efficiency and collaboration.
- Webinars:
- Meet with internal team members to discuss and align on the objectives, target audience, and key themes for the webinar, actively participating in the planning process & collaboratively finalize a suitable date.
- Develop and execute a promotional plan to drive webinar registrations, including email campaigns & social media posts.
- Coordination Support
- Maintain and update an annual calendar of tradeshows, conferences, and events, coordinate with internal teams to ensure readiness for all scheduled events.
- Communication to sales leadership pertaining to post show follow-up/recap.
- Coordinate shipping, communications, and other associated tasks.
- Material & Communication Support
- Develop and manage event-related marketing collateral and communications- sales literature, brochure, signage, etc.
- Maintain and oversee promotional inventory, ensuring timely distribution and replenishment.
- Continuous Improvement
- Collect feedback from sales and attendees to improve future tradeshow participation.
- Recommend and implement process improvements for tradeshow planning and execution to boost efficiency and impact.
Position Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Ability to juggle multiple deadlines and priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
- Ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights to improve digital campaign performance.
- Strong organizational abilities to manage annual event calendars, promotional inventory, and post-event reporting.
- Proven ability to collect feedback, analyze outcomes, and recommend process improvements for enhanced efficiency and impact in marketing and event execution.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a high attention to detail.

The starting annual base salary range for this position is between $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 USD with initial eligibility consideration for our Discretionary Incentive Plan. Applicable pay within the posted range may vary based on factors including, but not limited to education, skill set and depth of experience. Additional Compensation offered to eligible employees: Mobile Device Reimbursement and Travel Reimbursement.
