Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager - Client Engagement to lead and execute client engagement strategies that enhance customer satisfaction, loyalty, and long-term relationships. This role will be instrumental in designing and managing impactful marketing experiences that connect with clients at every stage of their journey. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in client engagement, campaign execution, and customer experience management, with the ability to drive innovative strategies that deepen client relationships and deliver measurable results.
As the Marketing Manager - Client Engagement, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement tailored marketing programs that meet the unique needs of our clients. You will focus on creating personalized, meaningful interactions through a variety of channels, ensuring a seamless experience that enhances brand loyalty and drives retention.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement Strategy Development:
- Design and implement comprehensive client engagement strategies to increase retention, satisfaction, and advocacy.
- Use customer insights, feedback, and data analysis to develop targeted campaigns that address client needs, preferences, and behaviors.
- Identify opportunities to create personalized, impactful touchpoints across multiple channels (email, social media, content, events, etc.) to enhance the client experience.
Campaign Development & Execution:
- Lead the creation and execution of client engagement campaigns, loyalty and reward programs, ensuring they align with strategic goals and deliver exceptional client experiences.
- Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, sales, customer success) to ensure campaigns are aligned with client lifecycle stages and business objectives.
- Manage campaign timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure timely and efficient execution.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with sales, business lines, and product teams to ensure that client engagement initiatives are aligned with broader business goals and address client pain points.
- Foster collaboration between departments to create a seamless experience that drives customer satisfaction and engagement at every touchpoint.
Client Insights & Feedback Loop:
- Conduct client surveys, focus groups, and interviews to gather insights and inform future engagement strategies.
- Budget and Resource Management:
- Track and report on campaign performance and ROI, making data-driven recommendations to improve future initiatives.
Continuous Improvement:
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in client engagement and experience management.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiencies in client engagement initiatives.
- Continuously iterate and optimize marketing strategies based on client feedback, campaign results, and market trends.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Provide regular updates to leadership on campaign performance, client engagement trends, and key performance metrics.
- Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders to showcase the impact of client engagement initiatives on business outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in client engagement, or marketing with a focus on client-facing strategies.
- Strong understanding of client journey mapping, segmentation, and personalized marketing strategies.
- Experience with marketing automation tools, CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau).
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze campaign performance, draw insights, and optimize strategies.
- Travel up to 30%
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with customer loyalty programs, retention strategies, and client satisfaction measurement tools.
- Experience in managing client-facing campaigns for B2B or B2C companies.
- Knowledge of digital marketing platforms, content marketing, and social media engagement strategies.
- Proven track record of delivering high-impact client experiences that drive measurable business results.
