Overview:
We are seeking an innovative and strategic Vice President of Marketing with experience in the property management and real estate industry. The ideal candidate will lead marketing initiatives to drive growth, enhance brand visibility, and position the company as a market leader. Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Marketing Leadership: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the company’s goals, driving brand recognition and lead generation across residential, commercial, and mixed-use properties.
- Brand Management: Strengthen and maintain the company’s brand identity across all platforms, ensuring consistent messaging and positioning within the competitive real estate market.
- Digital Marketing Excellence: Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including website optimization, SEO/SEM, email campaigns, and social media strategies to maximize online presence and engagement.
- Market Research and Insights: Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Content and Campaign Development: Lead the creation of compelling marketing materials, property listings, and advertising campaigns to attract and retain tenants, investors, and clients.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with property management, leasing, and sales teams to ensure cohesive messaging and support for operational goals.

Qualifications:
