About The Opportunity
We are looking for a
Global Director, Brand Marketing to join the KHAITE team. This role will report to the
VP, Marketing & Brand Strategy and will be based out of the NYC HQ offices. This role will lead the creation and execution of revenue-driving brand marketing initiatives that build brand awareness, define product launch strategies, inform key product stories for the year, and define plans for increasing customer acquisition/retention to drive revenue growth.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Oversee the development & execution of KHAITE’s brand strategy, including: ensuring consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels, analyzing market trends, leading initiatives to build and maintain a positive brand image, and drive brand awareness & customer loyalty
- Proven track record to lead product-driven 360 marketing campaigns that support all touch points of a global, growing brand
- Act as functional lynchpin between brand/creative and commercial (digital, retail, wholesale) channels
- Develop brand strategy and define brand positioning & target audience
- Oversee development and execution of marketing campaigns aligned with brand strategy: digital marketing, social media, PR, in-store and advertising
- Manage the global brand and go-to-market brand calendar
- Monitor competitor analysis & consumer behavior
- Monitor content performance and use these data insights to measure effectiveness of marketing campaigns, refine strategies, and improve the effectiveness of our content
- Ensure a cohesive and engaging storytelling experience across curated product pages, aligning with email and homepage features
- Work closely with the Merchandising & Planning team to align digital content with strategic goals, ensuring all key investments are accounted for, as well as the Creative & Marketing team to align digital content with brand messaging
- Create and implement marketing plans and strategies to increase brand awareness and support brand objectives
- Lead the development and implementation of a cohesive digital content strategy aligned with business objectives, ensuring consistency and effectiveness across platforms
- Stay abreast of industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscapes to inform content strategy and innovation opportunities
- Partner with Creative team to develop and deliver global creative assets to support global strategies and activations.
Skills & Requirements
Interpersonal Skills:
- Strong strategic and analytical skills. Demonstrated ability to drive content strategy and measure its impact on brand engagement and growth
- Ability to create visually stunning and engaging content that stands out
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
- Proven track record of success in a digital content role, demonstrating expertise in developing and executing impactful content strategies across traditional and digital media
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a meticulous attention to detail, an elevated taste level, and a passion for storytelling.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment & multitask effectively.
- Strong storyteller & presenter, with ability to advocate and sell-in ideas to senior management
- Able to build collaborative relationships and work cross-functionally with retail, digital, sales, marketing, and creative
Education/Experience
- 7-10+ years of experience in fashion content strategy, with experience in execution across multiple digital channels
- A strong understanding of luxury industry
- Strategic execution experience in a creative environment
- Deep proficiency in brand building, marketing, and campaign strategy and management
- Strong and concise communication skills, both written and verbal, with a collaborative and cross-functional approach
- Exceptional ability to create and curate engaging content
- Demonstrated expertise in transforming brand strategy into successful in-market creative strategy

WE OFFER
The salary range is
$140,000-155,000. The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon the candidates' relevant skills and experience. Other benefits include medical, dental, and vision programs, a company bonus plan, employee discounts and perks, a 401k plan with employer match, and other ancillary benefits.

$140,000 - $155,000 USD
