TUMI is seeking a data-driven, strategic professional to join our CRM team. Reporting to the Manager of CRM & Customer Engagement, this role focuses on supporting North America's Email and SMS marketing efforts. You will manage campaigns, optimize assets, and analyze performance to drive awareness, conversions, and retention across eCommerce, Retail, and Outlet channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the email and SMS marketing calendar, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
- Create campaign briefs for seasonal promotions, launches, and initiatives.
- Oversee the email workflow, including content delivery, approvals, and deployment.
- Analyze and report on campaign performance metrics (e.g., Open Rates, CTR, CVR, CLV) to identify insights and trends.
- Utilize customer data to refine segmentation, execute A/B testing, and improve automation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and maintain database accuracy.
- Conduct competitive analyses and partner with internal teams for seamless execution.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in email marketing or CRM programs.
- Proficiency in ESP platforms (e.g., Emarsys, SFMC) and data tools like Excel, Google Analytics, or Tableau.
- Strong project management and analytical skills, with a focus on multi-channel engagement.
- Familiarity with Snowflake, Amperity, or similar tools is a plus.
This role is on-site 4 days per week in our New York City office and offers one hybrid day per week, as business needs permit.
