Key Responsibilities

- Lead the deployment of a global marketing automation platform, customizing it to meet diverse user needs.
- Ensure the highest standards of data quality throughout marketing operations.
- Create and execute unit-level marketing and branding initiatives.
- Collaborate with various teams to establish a cohesive brand communication strategy across digital, print, and technology channels.
- Monitor and enhance the overall customer journey from acquisition to closure, identifying risks and opportunities along the way.
- Build dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and return on investment (ROI) for transparent reporting.
- Refine the marketing operations roadmap continuously, optimizing existing tools and assessing new technologies.
- Train and empower sector marketing teams to promote streamlined processes that maintain data integrity.
- Lead efforts to simplify systems, avoiding over-customization while ensuring operational excellence.
Required Skills
- 10+ years of marketing experience, including:
- 7+ years in marketing operations.
- 3+ years in a management capacity.
- Proven experience in leading multiple marketing automation platform implementations for large organizations.
- Expertise in designing and optimizing marketing technology stacks for enterprise-level organizations.
- Strong executive presence, balancing strategic vision with tactical execution.
- Highly analytical with a talent for managing complex projects at scale.
- Exceptional planning, organizational, and project management capabilities.
Qualifications
- Residence in the Washington, DC, Maryland, or Virginia (DMV) area. This position is on-site and not suitable for remote work.
- Familiarity with platforms such as Dynamics 365, Marketo Engage, HubSpot Marketing, and Terminus is preferred.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or equivalent experience).
