Director of Growth and Marketing
We’re seeking a Director of Growth and Marketing to lead our new business practice and oversee marketing efforts. This role is ideal for someone with a proven track record in business development, a deep understanding of marketing strategies, and the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders. You’ll drive proposal development for new business and execute strategic marketing initiatives to support business growth. This high-profile position will work closely with leadership and senior clients.
Responsibilities
New Business
- Lead inbound and outbound proposal processes, collaborating with internal teams to design solutions, timelines, and scopes for client needs.
- Manage multiple work streams and distill key insights for RFPs.
- Execute the strategic growth plan in alignment with organizational goals.
- Oversee the business development pipeline and CRM system (Copper).
- Support proposal teams in developing statements of work and transition awarded projects to internal teams.
- Maintain and optimize the growth database, including case studies, team bios, and content assets.
Marketing
- Oversee initiatives to grow our client’s profile as a creative and strategy consultancy.
- Develop and execute content strategies across LinkedIn, email, and the website.
- Create platform-specific content with support from internal teams.
- Manage LinkedIn accounts, newsletters, and email campaigns.
- Keep the website updated with case studies and news.
- Support virtual and in-person events.
Qualifications
- 7-12 years of experience in an agency or consulting environment.
- Proven project management skills from concept to execution.
- Strong strategic and analytical skills for business and marketing challenges.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with senior stakeholders.
- Experience with Mailchimp, WordPress, LinkedIn Ads, Google SEM, Zoom Webinars, and CRM tools.
- Advanced degree is a plus but not required.
