We are seeking a Director of Growth and Marketing to lead our business development and marketing efforts. This high-impact role involves overseeing proposal development, driving new business initiatives, and managing marketing strategies to grow our profile.
Key Responsibilities:
New Business Development:
- Lead inbound and outbound proposal processes, including crafting strategies, project scopes, and timelines.
- Collaborate with leadership, Client Engagement Directors, and departmental heads to design solutions for client challenges.
- Manage multiple concurrent work streams and ensure seamless execution.
- Develop concise internal briefings that distill key insights for RFPs.
- Maintain and manage the CRM system (Copper) and business development pipeline.
- Support Client Engagement Directors with statement of work (SOW) development.
- Build and nurture relationships with senior client stakeholders.
- Oversee the transition of awarded projects to internal teams, including documentation and paperwork finalization.
- Organize and maintain growth assets such as case studies, team bios, and proposal templates.
Marketing Strategy and Execution:
- Implement strategic initiatives to enhance visibility as a creative and strategic consultancy.
- Develop and execute content calendars and channel strategies across platforms like LinkedIn, email, and the company website.
- Manage and create platform-specific content with support from design and copywriting teams.
- Oversee LinkedIn account and outbound email campaigns, including newsletters and ad hoc updates.
- Collaborate with a developer to update the website with news, case studies, and other content.
- Coordinate virtual and in-person events
Qualifications:
- 7–12 years of experience in an agency or consulting environment.
- Proven project management skills across diverse projects, from inception to execution.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience with tools like Mailchimp (email marketing), WordPress (website management), LinkedIn (paid social), Google SEM, and CRM platforms.
- Familiarity with virtual event platforms like Zoom Webinars.
- Advanced degree is a plus but not required.
