Minnie Rose, a prominent name in contemporary knitwear, is actively seeking an E-Commerce / Social Media Associate to join our dynamic team. This role presents a unique opportunity for a creative individual to directly impact the brand’s online presence and drive sales through compelling visuals.
Key Responsibilities
E-Commerce / Shopify / Marketing
- Upload approved product images, size charts, and fabric/care instructions to our Shopify platform.
- Edit and Photoshop images as needed to ensure high-quality visuals.
- Create eye-catching banners and web assets to enhance the online shopping experience. - Verify that color swatches are accurate and active on product listings.
- Supply approved images for email blasts and SMS marketing campaigns.
- Manage the Brand Ambassador program.
Photoshoots
- Manage samples sent to the showroom for photoshoots and ensure garment preparation (steaming and labeling).
- Assist with model prep to ensure a smooth shooting process.
- Coordinate with retouchers to send approved images for editing.
- Shoot and edit engaging product videos that showcase our offerings.
- Organize and maintain all final and approved assets in designated folders for all business channels.
Social Media-
- Own and curate our Instagram platform, creating captivating posts, stories, and reels. - Ensure correct tagging and optimization for increased engagement.
- Upload relevant videos to our YouTube channel as directed.
- Assist with influencer gifting initiatives to enhance our brand visibility.
Graphic Design
- Support digital initiatives by creating graphics as requested.
Qualifications
- Experience working with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms.
- Proficient in Adobe Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design, and other design tools.
- Experience managing social media platforms, particularly Instagram and YouTube.
- A creative mindset with a strong attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
