Specific Responsibilities Would Include
Social Media & Content Assistant for Hudson Jeans must have a passion for storytelling, community building and communicating brand vision.
Working alongside the Director of Marketing, this position will work closely to align the vision to appropriately create content that meets the brand narrative, while also building on revenue driving tactics to engage current customers and attract new.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing the brand’s social media channels and producing still & video content that supports brand campaigns and key initiatives, cultivating and maintaining relationships with influencers for both organic and paid content opportunities, strategizing and tracking channel growth, and be hyper-aware of the ever changing and most up-to-date trends and competitive landscape happening across social media. Ideal candidate should have 1-3 years minimum work experience in social media for a fashion, beauty, or entertainment brand, digital first/DTC brand experience a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the development and execution of social media content to communicate key initiatives and brand stories.
- Ideation of creative content ideas that are on-trend and help drive awareness and revenue via digital marketing and omni social channels.
- Skilled with photo and video editing, as well as adding music and voiceovers.
- Create organic content on self, other team members, and in/around office, on set at photoshoots, etc.
- Responsible for community management & influencer outreach, growth and engagement across social media channels for both paid and organic campaigns.
- Support stylist pulls and manage placements on VIP and athletes to capture and post in timely matter.
- Handle all organic posting across social platforms (specifically, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, TikTok & YouTube).
- Manage and execute gifting programs to support key campaigns and fostering relationships with Hudson’s community of influencers.
- Event support as necessary.
Our Best Fit Candidate Would Have
- 1-3 years of video or social media experience desired
- Strong communicator, with attention to detail
- Deep knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest and Live Shopping
- Self-starter with a can-do attitude open to all tasks associated with working for a fast paced growing brand

Salary Range: $60,000 - $65,000

Our job postings include an annual base salary range at the time of employment. The stated base salary range represents our good faith estimate as to what candidates are likely to expect, and we tailor our offers within the range based on several factors, including the selected candidate's educational and professional experience, industry knowledge, location, technical and communication skills, and other factors that may prove relevant during the selection process. Base salary is a part of a total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, annual bonus and other Centric Brands sponsored benefit programs.
