Grosfillex US has an exciting opportunity for a Vice President of Sales & Marketing to join the team. Fostering a culture that supports work/life balance and a flexible work culture, the VP of Sales & Marketing is a hybrid role with an office at our Robesonia, PA campus (we also have a campus in Lebanon, PA) and the ability to be remote up to 2-days per week.

About the Position:
The Vice President of Sales and Marketing plays a pivotal role in driving the company’s growth and success. As the VP of Sales & Marketing you will fulfill leadership and coordination duties while helping to develop an overall plan to scale the company’s growth. Primary responsibilities will include overseeing the sales and marketing strategy including monitoring and analyzing the methods and results, leading the sales and marketing teams to meet specific goals that are most effective for the company, managing budgets, overseeing new projects, and collaborating with cross-department partners to develop a long-term plan for the company.
What you will do:
- Member of executive team; participate in meetings related to strategic planning for North America.
- Develop strategic plans to drive revenue growth including setting sales targets, identifying market opportunities, and creating a roadmap for achieving sales goals.
- Create, plan, and implement the marketing and sales strategy for the organization in alignment with the overall business strategy and objectives to drive and achieve revenue, market share and profit goals.
- Proactively monitor sales and marketing efforts, and the competitive landscape and market conditions. Analyze data on sales performance, customer behavior, and marketing effectiveness – identify opportunities, issues, and risks, and adjust strategies as needed based on insight.
- Accurately forecast sales, analyze market trends, historical data and other relevant factors to predict future sales performance.
- Use knowledge of marketing strategies to support the marketing team in engaging and retaining existing customers through initiatives such as loyalty programs, customer relationship management and personalized communication.
- Manage and develop high performance team focused on accountability and meeting and exceeding expectations.
- Collaborate with product teams to develop new offerings or enhance existing products to ensure the right products are available at the right time, meet the local codes, and are produced at competitive prices in North America.
- Use insights into market needs and customer preferences to shape product development strategies.
- Manage product collections to optimize ROI.
- Gather all pertinent market information with the assistance of all Grosfillex Sales Managers.
- Analyze and manage contract and retail sales teams including sales compensation and incentive programs to maximize resources and market penetration.
- Manage key customer relationships and oversee all strategic customer decisions while developing and implementing strategies for expanding customer base and sales channels.
- Travel at least 25% per year visiting customers, team members, and attending trades shows as needed.
What you bring to the role:
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field such as business administration or marketing, required. Masters or MBA degree, preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in a senior-level marketing and/or sales role.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing on an executive level sales and marketing team.
- Experience in strategic planning and collaboration with executives, sales, and product development.
- Proven record of leadership and managing a marketing team with global responsibilities and establishing long term strategic initiatives.
- Top-notch communication, leadership, presenting and multi-tasking skills.
- Experience leading group meetings, managing budgets and negotiating.
- Ability to motivate others.
