Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving lead generation, executing demand generation strategies, managing content and website performance, and overseeing events and thought leadership initiatives. The ideal candidate will have proven B2B marketing experience, especially within agency environments, and a strong ability to self-manage while delivering high-impact results.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Development:
- Create and maintain a content calendar aligned with the agency’s goals and campaigns.
- Collaborate with internal teams to produce SEO-optimized, high-quality content (blogs, whitepapers, case studies).
- Manage social media channels, ensuring consistent and strategic content posting.
- Analyze content performance metrics, including organic traffic growth, social shares, and lead conversions.
Website Maintenance:
- Oversee regular website updates to ensure fresh, relevant, and accurate content.
- Monitor and improve website performance metrics, including page load speed and user engagement.
- Coordinate with developers for technical updates and troubleshooting.
Demand Generation & Lead Generation:
- Develop and execute robust demand generation strategies, including inbound marketing, paid media, and ABM (Account-Based Marketing).
- Track and analyze lead generation efforts, optimizing campaigns to achieve a 15% attribution of annual MRR to marketing and event sources.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure lead quality and effective follow-up.
Webinars & Events Oversight:
- Plan and execute engaging webinars to showcase expertise and generate leads.
- Manage logistics for industry events and conferences, including booth design and promotional materials.
- Evaluate the success of events and webinars through lead generation, engagement metrics, and feedback.
Award Entries & Thought Leadership:
- Identify and manage submissions for relevant industry awards, collaborating with teams to gather materials.
- Develop a thought leadership strategy, positioning the agency as an industry leader through speaking engagements, guest articles, and partnerships.
Performance Tracking:
- Use tools like HubSpot, WordPress, and UserGems (or similar) to track, analyze, and optimize campaigns.
- Regularly report on conversion rates, lead quality, event effectiveness, and thought leadership impact.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Proven B2B marketing experience, ideally in an agency environment.
- Hands-on experience with lead generation, demand generation, and ABM strategies.
- Exceptional project management skills with a demonstrated ability to self-manage and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency with tools such as HubSpot, WordPress, and UserGems (or equivalent).
- A proactive, take-charge personality with a high-growth mindset.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- Familiarity with UserGems or similar tools (strong lead-to-handoff functionality).
