RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead marketing team in developing and executing impactful marketing campaigns.
- Implement comprehensive strategies to drive brand awareness, adoption, and engagement for firm.
- Optimize digital marketing efforts, including SEO, email marketing, and social media marketing.
- Analyze market trends and customer insights to refine marketing strategies and initiatives.
- Oversee content creation to ensure alignment with brand voice.
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, making data-driven adjustments for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of marketing efforts with business objectives.
- Manage the marketing budget for optimal spending and cost-effectiveness.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 4 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and tools
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Experience in the architectural and design industry
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo)
