Who You Are
As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will assist the marketing, creative and new product development teams and will be responsible for supporting both the brand’s overall digital and social media strategy and the day-to-day project management of UECo’s internal and external creative teams.
A Day In The Life
- Responsible for supporting brand’s overall digital and social media strategy
- Serve as the day-to-day contact and primary facilitator of the brand’s social media communications
- Coordinate relationship with internal creative team and external content agency ensuring all project deliverables are received on-time
- Plan, manage, execute and respond on all social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook and Pinterest
- Manages and executes weekly email campaigns and editorial calendar, analyzing and reporting performance
- Maintain product catalog and monitor placement opportunities on all 3rd party websites
- Research and keep current on all social media trends, new features and technologies, implementing into overall strategy
- Project management of digital marketing and content management tasks using project management tools such as Basecamp
- Assist with overall quality assurance of website ensuring site updates meet brand and user experience standard
- Manage website content by updating hero imagery, banners, product pages, blogs, and other media as needed to keep the site fresh and relevant
- Ensure website functionality, including regular maintenance, troubleshooting, and QA testing
- Oversee and optimize all site merchandising strategies including the regular maintenance of all collection and portfolio pages ensuring alignment with business objectives and maintaining brand integrity
- Assist with the marketing of brand events and activations
What Will Set You Up For Success
- 3-5 years’ experience in social media or digital marketing management
- Digitally native with proficiency in programs such as MS Office, Google Analytics, Canva, Sprout, Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Social Media Platforms. Strength in Adobe Creative Suite (specifically InDesign & Photoshop) is a plus!
- You communicate clearly. You write well. You speak eloquently.
