Job Overview
We are on the lookout for a visionary and accomplished VP of Growth to become an integral part of our forward-thinking team. Reporting directly to both the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), you will be instrumental in defining our growth trajectory and managing the execution of demand generation initiatives, performance marketing, and marketing operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with teams to formulate a holistic growth marketing strategy that focuses on generating qualified leads and enhancing the sales pipeline.
- Cultivate and strengthen partnerships with sponsors to broaden our market footprint.
- Spearhead the advancement of our digital marketing initiatives in partnership with the marketing team, optimizing for qualified traffic and leads through SEO, paid social, search, and content syndication.
- Work alongside leadership to devise and execute go-to-market strategies for new market entries.
- Establish robust internal connections with cross-functional leaders in Sales, Client Strategy, Product, and Product Marketing to gather insights into our growth goals.
- Identify and onboard innovative marketing technologies and vendors to amplify our marketing effectiveness and reach.
