POSITION SUMMARY
The Social Media Coordinator role is responsible for the ongoing management and growth of company's social media presence in alignment with business strategies and direction.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Social Media:
- Support execution of digital marketing campaigns.
- Assist with scheduling content and engaging on social media platforms for multiple restaurant concepts.
- Track progress, execution and consistency of organic content for multiple restaurant brands.
- Compile data across several social media platforms and create weekly/monthly reports, including analysis of insights, optimizations and future strategy development.
- Employ a variety of research techniques to understand and analyze online data and provide insight about relevant online conversations.
- Monitor market trends in the food and beverage industry; including news, promotions, creative curation and engagement opportunities to reach our unique brand demographics.
Content:
- Participate in brainstorm sessions for upcoming events, campaigns & product releases.
- Assist with content curation, scheduling, and organization.
- Collaborate with digital marketing and creative teams on the development of social media strategies, insight and content.
- Curate GIF, Live Stream and video content for multiple restaurant concepts.
- Help identify, test and implement new creative assets across social and the web.
- Assist in bringing new digital creative ideas, vision and culture to Earl Enterprise.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
- Knowledge and understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, X, Instagram, LinkedIn etc.)
- 1-2 years of experience in social media strategy/management/marketing, guest recovery, public relations, and/or brand marketing.
- Flexibility to work some nights and weekends (pre-determined schedules, developed monthly)
- Passion for food and hospitality, social media, PR, marketing, emerging technologies, digital marketing, and exuding an “of service” mentality
- Strategic Planner
- Proficient in Live Streaming, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest
- Interest in digital content creation and research
- Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text) and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Exceptional social networking experience
