Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience in product marketing in the enterprise software technology industry.
- Experience working cross-functionally with various stakeholders and teams.
- Experience creating sales content for technical audiences.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience developing customer reference sales or marketing content.
- Experience working collaboratively across marketing teams and ability to take initiative and make decisions amidst multiple stakeholders.
- Proven track record of working collaboratively across multiple teams, managing multiple projects, managing external agencies, and driving projects to completion.
- Demonstrated technical expertise in databases and generative AI to collaborate with engineering teams on GenAI customer reference chat agent tools.
- Ability to work in a fluid and often ambiguous environment, and in partnership with global cross-functional teams.
- Excellent writing, communication and organizational skills, detail oriented and ability to manage multiple priorities.

You will be responsible for developing sales-ready customer story and industry thought leadership content that demonstrates the value of Google Cloud products and help us write and tell simple stories of our customers journeys with Google Cloud in exciting ways through multi-media formats. Understanding the power of our products and how they impact businesses, you will help bring to life how we provide our customers with the best solutions for innovation.
You will partner with the Marketing Customer Reference team and other cross-functional Go-to-market (GTM) teams to identify, write, and amplify the latest stories for field sellers and the industry. You will work across sales, marketing, Public Relations (PR), strategy and operations, and engineering teams to ensure sellers have access to the right content at the right time via Generative Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools, sales newsletters, industry community forums and more.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $137,000-$202,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Develop sales-ready customer story and industry thought leadership content, including but not limited to presentation slides, customer journeys, executive leave behinds and video compilations
- Manage and expand the Global Content Customer Reference Library and associated approval, publishing, and activation processes.
- Manage relationships with marketing, PR and industry/solutions stakeholders across regions to drive alignment on sales customer content priorities and progress.
- Manage the Customer Reference GenAI Tool partnership and development with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Lead systems, process and program management work related to content output.
