We are seeking an experienced and visionary Head of Marketing to lead all aspects of marketing and brand development across our diverse portfolio. This role is pivotal in shaping each brand’s unique direction while driving collective growth through innovative campaigns, strategic partnerships, and a strong focus on digital performance. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with expertise in managing omnichannel marketing and a passion for owning and advancing brand strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Brand Leadership
- Serve as the primary steward for each brand, ensuring their unique identities are consistently communicated and celebrated.
- Drive the overarching marketing strategy to position each brand as a leader in its respective segment.
- Identify opportunities to enhance brand equity, visibility, and customer loyalty across all markets.
2. Photoshoot Management and Creative Direction
- Own the planning, calendarization, and execution of photoshoots, managing timelines, budgets, and production teams.
- Collaborate with creative and product teams to develop compelling visual content that aligns with each brand’s identity.
- Integrate photoshoot assets seamlessly across marketing campaigns, websites, and social media.
3. Digital Marketing Excellence
- Lead performance marketing initiatives, including paid search, paid social, SEO, affiliate marketing, and programmatic advertising.
- Manage relationships with digital marketing agencies, ensuring strong ROI and measurable outcomes.
- Analyze campaign performance to optimize strategies and drive customer acquisition and retention.
4. PR, Partnerships, and Ambassadors
- Manage PR efforts to enhance brand visibility and reputation, coordinating with external agencies and internal teams.
- Cultivate strategic partnerships and ambassador programs that authentically represent the brands’ values and resonate with target audiences.
- Drive initiatives to engage key influencers and media contacts, amplifying reach and relevance.
5. Social Media, CRM, and Email/SMS Marketing
- Oversee social media strategy, driving growth, engagement, and community building across platforms.
- Lead CRM efforts, including email and SMS marketing, to create personalized, data-driven customer journeys.
- Develop campaigns to grow the subscriber base, enhance retention, and increase customer lifetime value.
6. Team and Calendar Management
- Develop and manage a comprehensive marketing calendar across all brands, aligning campaigns, photoshoots, product launches, and partnerships.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team across PR, digital marketing, creative, and CRM functions.
- Ensure flawless execution of projects, maintaining a focus on quality and timeliness.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of marketing leadership experience, ideally in lifestyle, fashion, or consumer goods.
- Proven expertise in digital marketing, including paid media, SEO, affiliate marketing, and data analytics.
- Experience managing PR, partnerships, and ambassador programs.
- Strong creative acumen with a track record of executing successful photoshoots and content campaigns.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and external agencies to deliver exceptional results.
