Nasdaq is seeking a Strategy Associate to support a robust portfolio of strategic initiatives within our Client Engagement and Experience team. This team is made up of strategists, storytellers, and creatives whose purpose is to provide high touch, personalized and impactful experience across multiple stakeholders throughout the client lifecycle.
Examples of initiatives include:
- Developing long-term engagement efforts to drive executive and company visibility through content and experiences
- Creating revenue and scale opportunities for clients through a nuanced understanding of key themes moving their businesses, industries and technologies
- Defining a brand strategy playbook
- Building community through programmatic formats/councils
- Developing creative blueprints, initiatives and experiments to ensure our clients are at the center of business, media and cultural conversations
- Ultimately this role will be focused on creating long-term competitive value for the exchange.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years experience in consulting, venture capital, marketing, journalism, or similar client-facing and strategy-focused role
- Experience developing impactful content strategies across formats and channels
- Strong writing and presentation skills, from social copy to pitch decks
- Excellent research skills, with the ability to synthesize information and identify trend lines, themes, and actionable market opportunities
- Fluency in technology and its impact on business and markets
- Experience working within the private market ecosystem a plus

The base pay range for this role is $65,000 - $85,000. In addition to base salary, Nasdaq provides a generous annual bonus/commission (short-term incentive), and equity (long-term incentive), comprehensive benefits, and opportunity for growth. Exact compensation may vary based on several job-related factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to: skill set, experience, education/training, business needs and market demands.
